In my previous post I had mentioned that I would update everyone about the Real Team Build System as time goes by. This is my first update.

Real Team Build has been in operation for just one month. During the first month there were some bumpy spots to overcome. This is not unexpected as all new programs have hurdles to jump as they grow. The nature of these hurdles are not of importance here. Just serfice to say a couple of them were major hurdles. How the hurdles are handled and overcome is very important.

The Real Team Build passed with flying colors. Not only did they overcome but they were able to adapt and come out with a better and stronger program. On the other hand if the person running the team system is offering a sincere program for its members, go for it.
